Log Rules

1. Product Rule:
   • ${\log }_b(xy)={\log }_{b}x+{\log }_{b}y$
2. Quotient Rule:
   • ${\log }_b(x/y)={\log }_{b}x-{\log }_{b}y$
3. Power Rule:
   • ${\log }_b{x}^n=n\cdot {\log }_{b}x$
4. Change of Base Rule:
   • ${\log }_{b}a=\frac{{\log }_{c}a}{{\log }_{c}b}$
5. Identity Rule:
   • ${\log }_{b}b=1$ and ${\log }_{b}1=0$
